Bingo4Bailey: Hearts for Jamaica 💛🇯🇲

One of Bailey’s Heart and Soul Foundation’s cherished annual traditions is Bingo4Bailey, held each year to celebrate Bailey’s birthday and further fund our heart health initiatives.

This year, our mission takes on a deeper meaning. As the foundation’s founder, I — Patrice Bullock — was born and raised in Jamaica until the age of 14, and my partner, Dr. Donovan Parkes, was also born and raised there before migrating to the United States. Jamaica holds a special place in our hearts — it was one of the last countries our family visited together before Bailey’s passing at the tender age of 16.

After witnessing the devastation caused by Hurricane Melissa, particularly in St. Elizabeth and Santa Cruz, Dr. Parkes’ hometown, we felt a deep calling to extend our mission of compassion and community beyond borders.

This year’s Bingo4Bailey's 21st birthday, will also serve as a philanthropic relief effort under the banner Hearts4Jamaica, with 50% of proceeds dedicated to supporting recovery and rebuilding efforts in the most affected areas.

Transparency remains at the heart of everything we do. Dr. Parkes and I will openly share the total funds raised and how those proceeds are distributed to aid families in need following Hurricane Melissa.

We thank you for standing with us — for honoring Bailey’s legacy not only through advocacy and heart health awareness but also through acts of love that uplift communities near and far.

Together, we are keeping Bailey’s heart in action — one heartbeat, one act of kindness, one nation at a time. 💛
