Join us Monday, August 3 at 6:00 PM—the official day Fleet Feet Winston-Salem opened back in 2006—as we celebrate 20 incredible years of serving our running community!
Fleet Feet Winston-Salem
Bingwa means "champion" in Swahili, making it the perfect way to celebrate the runners, walkers, volunteers, customers, and friends who have made the last two decades so special.
More Than Coffee. More Than a Run.
In 2025, we partnered with 2012 Boston Marathon champion Wesley Korir to help launch Bingwa Coffee. This mission supports Kenyan coffee farmers through two initiatives:
Establishing a coffee cooperative in rural Kenya
Importing high-quality Kenyan coffee to create sustainable opportunities for local farming families
The owners of Fleet Feet Winston-Salem and Clemmons have been serving in Kenya since 2014, and Bingwa Coffee is a meaningful extension of that work.
We’ll have 1, 2, and 4 mile course options, so whether you’re out for an easy shakeout or a full celebration loop, there’s a distance for everyone.
We’re especially excited to welcome John Korir to the celebration. He’ll be on site signing coffee bags for $15 each—an exclusive keepsake from an unforgettable night.
And because no anniversary is complete without a proper toast:

- Good vibes, great people, and plenty of reasons to stay after your run
This is our 20th anniversary, and we’re going big. Bring your friends, bring your miles, and come celebrate what happens when a community shows up for two decades and keeps going.
