These meet-ups are designed to feel like a time for friends to come together, shifting away from the traditional manufacturer-customer relationship to something deeper - true camaraderie.

Registration Instructions: Each family must purchase a 'Meet-Up Registration' ticket to reserve their unit's spot for Meet-Up #002. In addition to the Meet-Up Registration, each family member, including the head of household, will need a 'Family Member' ticket. This allows Brinkley to collect specific information about each attendee (credentials, meal preferences, etc.).
After registering for Meet-Up #002 on TicketSignUp, you will need to call Firefly Resort directly to book your camp reservation. Firefly Resort's phone number is: (980) 249-3240. Brinkley has reserved the campsites, but your registration here does NOT include your camping costs or reservations with the RV Resort.
Example:
If you're a family of 3, you would add the following to your cart:
(1) Meet-Up Registration ticket
(3) Family Member tickets
Next, you will call Firefly Resort stating you are with Brinkley RV to reserve your campsite.

Policy Information
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your registration for a 100% refund from the date of registration up until September 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.
Waitlist Policy:
You may sign up for the waitlist once the event is completely sold-out. Waitlist will be evaluated on a First-Come-First-Offered basis. Meaning; the waitlist will be evaluated in chronological order. As more space becomes available, the family on the top of the waitlist will be offered the available space first. They will have 24 hours to respond, and if they choose to forgo the space, it will be offered to the next family, and so forth.
