C.A.R.E. Symposium: An Anti-Trafficking Movement - Voices of Protection

The best demonstration of who we are as a person is revealed in how we care for ourselves and others. Our ability to prioritize the practice of care as individuals, as companions in various relations, as community members, and as societal partners is directly correlated to the idea that we all deserve health equity. Whether we encounter people we know or strangers, care toward others can have a meaningful and enduring impact. Creating space for community members, community-based organizations, and key stakeholders.
Guided by the theme, Voices of Protection, this symposium highlights the collective power of voices united in the fight against trafficking. By raising awareness and advocating for the protection of Black women and girls, we become the voices that shield the vulnerable and demand justice. Together, we amplify the call for systemic change, ensuring that every voice is a voice of protection and every life is safeguarded from exploitation.
