The CCC is proud to announce the 3rd annual Cheesy Chopped Championship. Three BIPOC industry contestants will be challenged to assemble plates featuring the mystery basket contents, and their own creativity, culture, and charisma. At the end of two rounds, the judges will select the champion, and we will all shout "Huzzah!" and rejoice!

Attendees will have access to a grazing table featuring some of the Midwest's most delicious cheeses, dairy, and charcuterie, along with some fibrous offerings to help your time at the conference run...smoothly. There will be a silent auction to help raise funds for The Cheese Culture Coalition, and a cash bar to help you loosen your wallet so you can bid big!

This is an event by us, and for us. The CCC community is BIPOC, queer, LGBTQIA+, disabled, neurodivergent, and more! No need to code-switch. No need to be anyone other than your most authentic self. We look forward to sharing the evening with you!
