Training Description
Do you have a goal of running a half marathon this fall? Our half marathon training program will prepare you to race your best - whether it's your first or 50th half. Along the way you'll learn about increasing your mileage, tempo runs, track workouts, hill workouts, recovery runs, nutrition, hydration, injury prevention, and much more. Each group will meet twice a week and receive weekly training plans via Final Surge from your expert coach.
Fall Half Marathon Training: Annapolis Fall marathon training will start on July 30th through October 19th, 2025 and target the Baltimore Running Festival Half Marathon or another half marathon within that time frame.
Each registration will receive a $20 gift card to Charm City Run. Coaches will have gift cards the first week of training.
