Training Description
Do you have a goal of running 26.2 this fall? Our marathon training program will prepare you to race your best - whether it's your first or 50th marathon. Along the way you'll learn about increasing your mileage, tempo runs, track workouts, hill workouts, recovery runs, nutrition, hydration, injury prevention, and much more. Each group will meet twice a week and receive weekly training plans via Final Surge from your expert coach.
Marathon Prep Training: Our new Marathon Prep 6 week program will focus on those injury prone areas that get missed when the miles add up. The goal is to build a strong foundation with focused drills and more strengthening. This program is perfect for those coming out of spring training or getting ready to take on more miles and is designed to build endurance and strength in preparation for our fall marathon training which begins June 28th, 2025. Get ready to train for your target marathon!
Fall Marathon Training: Fall marathon training will start on June 28th through October 19th, 2025 and target a marathon within that time frame. If you need additional weeks of coaching to race a later marathon, weeks can be added through the add-on per week box.
Each registration will receive a $20 gift card to Charm City Run. Coaches will have gift cards the first week of training.
