Training Description
New to running — or ready for a fresh start? This 8-week program is designed for people of all ages who want to build a sustainable, joyful running habit. Whether you're starting from scratch, coming back after time off or injury, or just looking for a less intimidating way to move, this group is for you.
With a focus on consistency over mileage and well-being over race times, we’ll help you find your rhythm with 1 meetup in person and 1 virtual session (walk/run is welcome!). We’ll celebrate the wins that really matter: better sleep, more energy, and a clearer mind.
Come run for life — not just for race day.
No running experience is necessary! Runners, walkers, and run/walkers of all levels are welcome. We’ll meet you wherever you are and get you to your goals as we learn and enjoy moving together.
