Training Description
Do you have a goal of running a half marathon this fall? Our half marathon training program will prepare you to race your best - whether it's your first or 50th half. Along the way you'll learn about increasing your mileage, tempo runs, track workouts, hill workouts, recovery runs, nutrition, hydration, injury prevention, and much more. Each group will meet twice a week and receive weekly training plans your expert coach.
Fall Half Marathon Training: Fells Point Fall half marathon training is a 12 week session starting Tuesday 9/2/25 and will last through 11/22/25. This session covers the following races: Baltimore Running Festival Half Marathon, the Philadelphia Half Marathon and the NCR Half Marathon.
Each registration will receive a $20 gift card to Charm City Run. Coaches will have gift cards the first week of training.
