Training Description
Interested in running trails but don't know where to begin? Interested in trying a loop of the Froggy Hollow Trail Race on 12/5/26? Coach Scott is putting together a group to explore Baltimore County trails during the best time of year to run. This group can also train you for the Froggy Hollow trail race which was moved to December 5th, 2026. Scott will teach you how to run trails safely and support you with all the knowledge you need to open up a whole new world of running in the woods. Scott will email you prior to training start with all the details you need to know.
