Training Description
Come train with Coach Aliya Reich in Fells Point for your next 10K. You will meet twice a week for supported group runs and walks with your fellow runners and coach — once for an interval workout (Tuesdays) and once for distance (Saturdays). Weekly emails will outline your training plan for your solo workout days with three levels to choose from. You can also follow along on your own for a virtual experience if you wish.
No running experience is necessary! Runners, walkers, and run/walkers of all levels are welcome. We’ll meet you wherever you are and get you to your goals as we learn and enjoy moving together.
Here is what you receive when you sign up for our Fells Point 10K training group:
