Training Description
Do you have a goal of running a half marathon? Our half marathon training program will prepare you to race your best - whether it's your first or 50th half. Along the way you'll learn about increasing your mileage, tempo runs, track workouts, hill workouts, recovery runs, nutrition, hydration, injury prevention, and much more. Each group will meet twice a week and receive weekly training plans your expert coach.
2025 Fall Half Marathon (18 Week Session): The 18 week session starts Saturday 6/14/25 and will last through 10/18/25. The 18 week session covers the following races: Susquehanna Half Marathon, Baltimore Running Festival Half Marathon
Middle Distance Prep (Holiday Edition): This 6 week middle distance prep program will incorporate running along with strength training to keep you fit throughout the holiday season. Prep will also prepare you for half marathon training that will begin the second week of January 2026.
2026 Half Marathon Training: In 2026, Fells Point is offering both 12 and 18 week blocks for half marathon training. Target races include Coastal Delaware Half Marathon and the St. Michaels Half Marathon.
Each registration will receive a $20 gift card to Charm City Run. Coaches will have gift cards the first week of training.
