Training Description
Do you have a goal of running a half marathon this fall? Our half marathon training program will prepare you to race your best - whether it's your first or 50th half. Along the way you'll learn about increasing your mileage, tempo runs, track workouts, hill workouts, recovery runs, nutrition, hydration, injury prevention, and much more. Each group will meet twice a week and receive weekly training plans your expert coach.
Fall Half Marathon Training: Frederick Fall marathon training will offer a 12 week and a 18 week session in Summer/ Fall 2025. See details below.
12 Week Session: The 12 week session starts Saturday 6/14/25 and will last through 9/6/25. The 12 week session covers the following races: Charles Street 12
18 Week Session: The 18 week session starts Saturday 6/14/25 and will last through 10/18/25. The 18 week session covers the following races: Susquehanna Half Marathon, Baltimore Running Festival Half Marathon
Each registration will receive a $20 gift card to Charm City Run. Coaches will have gift cards the first week of training.
