Training Description
Do you have a goal of running a half marathon? Our half marathon training program will prepare you to race your best - whether it's your first or 50th half. Along the way you'll learn about increasing your mileage, tempo runs, track workouts, hill workouts, recovery runs, nutrition, hydration, injury prevention, and much more. Each group will meet twice a week and receive weekly training plans your expert coach.
2026 Winter/ Spring Half Marathon Training will start on January 17th and prepare runners for the Coastal Delaware Half Marathon on April 12th, 2026.
2026 Summer/ Fall Training will start on September 12th, 2026 and prep runners for the Rehoboth Half in early December 2026.
Each registration will receive a $20 gift card to Charm City Run. Coaches will have gift cards the first week of training.
