Training Description
Do you have a goal of running 26.2 this fall? Our marathon training program will prepare you to race your best - whether it's your first or 50th marathon. Along the way you'll learn about increasing your mileage, tempo runs, track workouts, hill workouts, recovery runs, nutrition, hydration, injury prevention, and much more. Each group will meet twice a week and receive weekly training plans via Final Surge from your expert coach.
Fall Training will start on August 16th, 2025 through December 15th, 2025 and target a marathon within that time frame.
Each registration will receive a $20 gift card to Charm City Run. Coaches will have gift cards the first week of training.
