Training Description
Charm City Run is proud to offer a Baltimore County Summer Cross Country camp for middle schoolers (rising 6th grade through 8th grade).
Our camp will begin in mid-June and is designed to help prepare athletes for cross country season in the fall, introduce them to the sport, or to build and maintain fitness for other fall sports. Training will be designed to help new and returning runners increase endurance and strength through drills and longer runs.
Each registration will receive a $10 gift card to Charm City Run. Coaches will have gift cards the first week of practice.
