Training Description
Planning on running the HAT 50K this year? If so, you don't want to miss your chance to train with Coach Troy this season. Our 16 week training will get you ready successfully tackle the full HAT. You will meet twice a week for coach led supported group runs with your fellow runners and coach – once for you speed workout and then your long run on the local trails, in addition to following a weekly training plan, you will receive weekly emails with motivation, access to an expert coach, running education on topics including hydration and injury prevention, and more.
