Training Description
Do you have a goal of running 26.2? Our marathon training program will prepare you to race your best - whether it's your first or 50th marathon. Along the way you'll learn about increasing your mileage, tempo runs, track workouts, hill workouts, recovery runs, nutrition, hydration, injury prevention, and much more. Each group will meet twice a week and receive weekly training plans via Final Surge from your expert coach.
Winter/ Spring 2026 Marathon Training: Looking ahead, 2026 marathon training will start on December 13th through April 18th, 2026 and target a marathon within that time frame.
Summer/ Fall 2026 Marathon Training: Training for the fall marathon season will begin June 13th through October 17th, 2026.
Each registration will receive a $20 gift card to Charm City Run. Coaches will have gift cards the first week of training.
