Join Trivium Racing for a free Carpe Diem - Carpe Noctem course preview run at Proud Lake!  Whether you're already planning to race with us in April or you just want to enjoy a community trail run, all are welcome.  We'll run the 10K (6.2) race loop.  Stop there or head back out and run it twice.  If you want to check out the Half Marathon race loop, it shares most of the 10K loop and you run it twice.  If we have enough leaders we'll have someone run that as well.

We'll have a small aid station set up with water and gels.  Come enjoy some miles, check out the CDCN course ahead of race day, and get more comfortable on this gorgeous Michigan trail system.

We're meeting in a different location than where we park and start on race day.  There's a vault toilet at the trailhead.

You can also navigate to 3500 N Wixom Rd, Commerce Township, MI 48382.  Once you enter the park off Wixom Road do NOT turn left towards Park HQ.  Continue straight another .2 miles to the parking lot and trailhead where we're meeting.

Don't forget this is a State Park, so you have to have the Recreation Passport.

We'll have one aid station, but aside from that it's up to each participant to pack enough hydration & nutrition to complete the distance they choose.

The preview run will not be marked. The participant is responsible for reviewing the Strava maps and/or downloading the GPX files to their watch to understand the course they want to run.
