The CKMC Team is truly grateful for your sacrifice of time in giving to our community and this event, as we work to give in the Spirit of Christmas a special experience at CHRISTkindlmarkt CHS.  

• Arrival and Parking is at 4461 North Hwy 17 just AFTER the bull horns at Bulls Bay. Look for the white fence on the right.
• All volunteers please report to the volunteer coordinator at the ticket tent at the event entrance at either 12 pm for Day Markt or 5 pm for Night Markt.
• If you are unble to fulfill your commitment please find a replacement. If unable to do that please contact the volunteer coordinator ASAP -318-469-2855. 
•  All volunteers will receive a COMPLIMENTARY TICKET on request to any other markt you choose to attend, even if it is sold-out.  Please in good faith work your shift if using a ticket. No shows for volunteer shifts are rare, however we will invalidate any complimentary for "no shows". 

In registering to volunteer you are agreeing :   

•  you are age 15 or older (unless you are with a group advisor)
• if you are volunteering at the bar, you are age 21 or older
• **  if you have an emergency and cannot volunteer, a minimum of 24 hrs. notice would be necessary. We are COUNTING ON YOU to fulfill your obligation.
• by signing up you are agreeing to unilaterally defend, indemnify, and hold harmless from any claims, lawsuits, or liability RiverOaks Place, LLC dba CHRISTkindlmarkt CHS and all participating vendors, venue  and parking property owners and third party operators in conjunction with CHRISTkindlmarkt CHS of legal liability for any injuries, wrongful death or damages you may incur or suffer as a result.  Your presence at this event warrants this agreement to be binding in the broadest indemnification possible under the law.
