Event Description
The Charm City Run "Run the Lakes" Series is officially here! This series isn’t just about the miles—it’s about the journey through Columbia's iconic lakeside parks.
Join us at Charm City Run Columbia at 8:30 AM and we'll head out on a scenic run/walk around one of Columbia's lakeside parks. Afterward, we'll head back to the store where FitnessChef will be providing brunch.
We are thrilled to announce that ASICS and MedStar Health will be joining us on-site for the first event of the series! ASICS will have pairs of their latest high-performance demo shoes and MedStar Health will be available for professional PT advice to help with recovery and training longevity.
