The night begins with a curated tasting led by Michael from The Cheese Wheel of Greenville, featuring four exquisite French cheeses, each chosen for its depth, craftsmanship, and sense of place. During an intimate, candlelit presentation, you’ll be guided through the stories behind each cheese—its origin, texture, aroma, and tradition—while savoring every bite.

Following the cheese course, Josh Winters from Southern Glazers Wine and Spirits will lead a refined exploration of five French wines, thoughtfully selected to complement and elevate the cheeses. His discussion weaves together terroir, technique, and tasting—inviting you to slow down, sip, and discover why France remains the gold standard of wine romance.
