Dr. Kelly Ruther from Ruther Health & Wellness and Heather Caplan RDN from Lane 9 will be our presenters for this event.

Coaching the Female Athlete will take place on Monday, February 16, 2026 at 7:15 PM.  The event will end around 8:30 PM.

The event will take place at Gazelle Sports Holland (24 W 8th St, Holland, MI 49423).
