This November, The Hello Hi is celebrating our six year anniversary by throwing a dinner party loaded with exotic cocktails, exquisite dim sum, and a little island-inspired live music escapism.

The infamous Chef Duy Pham of Le OuiOui is bringing the goods with a six-course dim sum dinner that tips its hat to tradition while taking a few delicious detours blending international ingredients, flavors and culinary influences.

Round 1 — Har Gow
steamed prawn dumplings wrapped in translucent rice flour dough

Round 2 — Jiao Zi (Potstickers / Gyoza)
pan-fried dumplings filled with beef and vegetables 

Round 3 — Cheung Fun
silky steamed rice noodle rolls filled with pork and mushrooms

Round 4 — Xiao Long Bao (Soup Dumplings)
steamed dumplings filled with chicken, duck, and broth

Round 5 — Roasted Duck Bao
steamed buns, roasted duck

Round 6 — Black Sesame & Green Tea Ice Cream

Starting at 7PM, the Fisherman Tiki Band will be taking the stage to transport you to a world of retro rhythms and tropical vibes. Based in San Francisco and touring nationally, the duo blends the shimmering sounds of vibraphone, vintage percussion, surf instrumentals, exotica, Latin jazz, and lounge classics into a unique live experience.
