Children's Home Society of West Virginia- Founded in 1886, our mission has always been to promote the well-being of all West Virginia children. We have 13 primary locations throughout the state. Our Martinsburg location serves Berkeley, Morgan and Jefferson Counties. Our Martinsburg site offers the following services to children and families: Foster Care and Adoption services, WE CAN Mentoring Program, a Family Support Center, Safe Haven Child Advocacy Center, Healthy Grandfamilies/Kinship Program, Behavioral Health services, and Safe At Home Wraparound services. Our aim is to help build a future where, ultimately, our services are no longer needed: where every child has a safe and permanent home, a family to love them, and opportunities to thrive.
