All pilots welcome! Annual fly-in for the residents and their guests of Covey Trails Airpark Community.

SAFETY
- GUESTS should NOT cross the runway at any time.
- Never enter or cross the runway except at the designated path on the extreme north end. This crossing area will be marked with yellow tape. Always look and wait for aircraft on final approach before crossing.
- Children MUST be supervised at all times.
- Keep a safe distance from any moving aircraft with special avoidance of propellers. Some aircraft will taxi close to the clubhouse.
- Do not touch aircraft.
- Be alert to moving airplanes. Never stand in front of moving aircraft. Pilots of taildragger aircraft have limited visibility directly in front of them.
- Avoid strong wind from prop wash.
- Please, NO SMOKING.
- ALL dogs MUST be on a leash.
- First Aid is available if needed.

T-SHIRTS
Pre-order to guarantee your size. Confirmed shirt orders will be available for pickup only (no shipping) at the fly-in, residents will have their delivered beforehand, and limited inventory will be for sale at the club house during the event while supplies last.
FOOD TRUCKS
We have confirmed Creole, Tacos, and Snow Cones. All orders are individual cash/card (no tickets or free meals). Water and drinks are for sale at the clubhouse.
PILOTS
Please monitor 122.725 from 15 miles out and fly a standard left-hand pattern. An air boss will be available for assistance as necessary and to direct aircraft to parking. Aircraft can be parked along the sides of the runway or on the north taxiway west of the runway. Pilots may also be directed on the CTAF to other locations along the runway (please listen for specific instructions).
IF YOU PLAN TO DRIVE
You will need to arrange your parking spot, with a resident, ahead of time. We have a limited amount of "public" parking. Please park in designated areas or at the home of a Covey Trails resident host. Parking will be available on West Kitty Hawk for non-designated resident guests, a short walk over to the clubhouse (follow walkways around North end of runway). Please, no parking along the streets or in the cul de sacs.
