⚽️ Calling All Rage, Menace, and Incoming 8th Grade Soccer Families!

Hi everyone — my name is Joel, and I’m reaching out as an ambassador for the Danville High School Soccer Boosters as we get ready to welcome the next generation of players — your kids!

We have an awesome opportunity this weekend to raise money that will directly support the incoming class of players next year.

💡 Who Are the Boosters?

The Soccer Boosters are a group of parents and volunteers who help make the high school soccer experience great for all players. Every year, the Boosters spend hundreds of dollars per new player — covering things like:

• New player gear and team bags

• Team meals and snacks during travel

• Field and equipment needs

With so many 8th graders from Rage, Menace, and other teams moving up next year, this support will make a big impact — and the work we do now sets the stage for your kids’ success next season.

🍔 What’s the Concession Stand?

One of our biggest fundraisers is the concession stand at Ironmen Stadium during soccer games.
We raise funds by having families volunteer their time or home-cooked crockpot meals.  We are looking for

• Mac & cheese, 
• Pierogies
• Buffalo chicken dip
• Chili / BBQ meatballs

It’s fun, easy, and every dollar goes right back into the soccer program.

🗓 What’s Happening This Saturday?

This Saturday, Ironmen Stadium will host three playoff games as a neutral site, giving Danville Soccer the chance to run the concession stand and earn funds for the program.

However — if Danville wins their Wednesday playoff game, they’ll advance to play at a different neutral field on Saturday.

🙌 Here’s Where You Come In

If the high school team is away, we can still keep the concession stand open and continue raising money — this time for the incoming class (our 8th graders!).

This gives the high school parents the chance to travel and cheer on their kids, while we step up to carry the torch and invest in the program our kids will soon join.

👏 Will You Join Me?

I’ve already committed my time and my slow cooker this Saturday for the Soccer Boosters.
There are three two-hour shifts:
🕛 Noon • 🕑 2 PM • 🕓 4 PM

We need volunteers who can:

• Cook or donate crockpot meals

• Help serve food and drinks during the games

It’s a small time commitment that makes a big impact — every dollar raised this weekend goes toward your kids’ high school soccer experience next year.

Let’s show the high school families that the future of Danville Soccer is in good hands.
