Join us for the first official 2026 Detroit Dirt Collective trail run!  Nice smooth 4 mile loop on the Maybury State Park hiking trails, perfect for beginners with the option to do multiple loops to add distance.  One of our leaders will do at least 2 loops.  Includes a short out and back section, perfect for saying "Hey!" to people you're not running with!  All paces welcome.

This takes you to the park entrance.  Once you pass by the State Park HQ booth, continue straight, then make a right at the fork.

Don't forget this is a State Park, so you have to have the Recreation Passport.

There are several bathrooms near the trailhead.

Navigation

Runners need to be prepared to navigate the course through Garmin, AllTrails, or Strava.  We’ll have group leaders, but we can’t guarantee we’ll have one that’s going your pace.  Megan will take the front, Dan will take the middle, and Stef will do run:walk intervals.
