Event Description
The Fivestar College Lacrosse Live Series returns to Long Island University in 2026. Bethpage Federal Credit Union Stadium played host in 2024 for Cornell vs Notre Dame, a game that drew over 8,000 people to the Island.
A marquee non-conference showdown comes to Long Island this spring as Duke and Cornell square off on April 11 at LIU’s campus. Two of college lacrosse’s most storied programs will meet in a neutral-site battle, with Inside Lacrosse preseason No. 11 Duke looking to make a statement against No. 4 Cornell. The matchup brings together elite talent, championship pedigrees, and contrasting styles, setting the stage for a high-level contest in front of fans in the New York lacrosse hotbed. With both teams featuring dynamic offenses, disciplined defenses, and deep rosters, the April 11 meeting promises to deliver intensity from the opening faceoff.
