The Kansas City Sports Commission & Foundation's Emerging Leaders Advisory Board is a group of young professionals who volunteer to support the organization's mission to enhance the quality of life and economic success of Greater Kansas City by assisting with several events and initiatives to foster the overall benefits of sports.

The Emerging Leaders Pickleball Tournament presented by Sporting Kansas City is the group's annual fundraiser, bringing together area young professionals for a fun evening of pickleball, food & drinks and networking.  Teams take part in a double elimination, doubles style tournament.  The evening also includes prize drawings, giving away several awesome, Kansas City inspired prize packages.
