Through no fault of their own, large numbers of children each year face an uncertain future when a parent enters prison. 
 
According to the National Institute of Corrections, "more than five million U.S. children have had at least one parent in prison at one time or another."
The children of our region are not unaffected by this reality, with tens of thousands of inmates living in Virginia correctional facilities.  
Critical early intervention can give these children a second chance to thrive and to break the cycle of incarceration.

This Captain's Choice tournament at the beautiful Fredericksburg Country Club provides lots of opportunities for fun and prizes.
