The team that brought you the popular BYOB Holiday Lights Trolley now invites you to experience the holidays in a whole new way! A family-friendly adventure where kids and adults alike can step into a storybook world of wonder.
Get ready for an unforgettable ride where The Holiday Lights Trolley meets the spirit of The Polar Express™.
Climb aboard our festively decorated Holiday Lights Trolley, where you’ll be greeted by a cheerful conductor who will punch your golden ticket and welcome you aboard the “train.”
Bundle up in your warmest pajamas or coziest winter attire and join us for a journey filled with holiday cheer, festive lights, carols, games and surprises as the trolley jingles through a winter wonderland, with a holiday treat and hot chocolate waiting for you when the ride ends.

Q: How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online using the calendar above to select a date and time. Each ticket includes your ride aboard The Holiday Lights Trolly Express, the interactive experience, and your holiday treat with hot chocolate waiting at the end of the ride.
Q: Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?
Yes! Seating is limited. We highly recommend purchasing tickets early to secure your preferred date and time.
Q: Does everyone need a ticket?
Yes. Every passenger, children and adults, must have a valid ticket to board The Holiday Lights Trolley Express.
🚋 The Experience
Q: How long is The Holiday Lights Tolley Express experience?
The entire experience lasts approximately 60 minutes, including boarding, the interactive ride, and time afterward for your holiday treat and hot chocolate.
Q: What can we expect during the ride?
You’ll step into a world of holiday wonder! Expect singing, storytelling, and cheerful interactions with the conductor. The trolley will travel through a winter wonderland making special stops along the way.
Q: Will there be food or drinks on the trolley?
To keep the trolley tidy and safe for little ones, food is not served onoboard. But don’t worry! A delicious holiday treat and hot chocolate will be waiting for you when the ride ends. Adults are welcome to bring beverages onboard the trolley.

Q: Should we wear pajamas?
Absolutely! Kids (and adults!) are encouraged to wear their coziest pajamas or festive holiday attire. Whether you prefer PJs, holiday sweaters, or comfy winter outfits, come ready to celebrate the season in comfort!
Q: Is the trolley heated?
Yes, our trolleys are heated, but we still recommend dressing warmly for any outdoor portions of the experience.

Q: Can we take photos during the event?
Yes! Cameras and phones are welcome. There will also be opportunities for festive photo opps along the way!
Q: Will there be souvenirs?
Every child will receive a special keepsake to take home. A reminder to always believe in the magic of the season!

Q: What is the starting location for the trolley?
The trolleys will depart from a couple different locations depending on the date and time of your event. The starting point will be near Kercheval & Lakepointe or Kercheval & Alter. You will recieve a notifcation with your exact trolley starting location prior to your event.
Q: What happens if we’re late?
Unfortunately, The Holiday Lights Trolley Express must depart on schedule. Please plan to arrive early, as tickets cannot be refunded or transferred if you miss your departure time.
Q: What if there’s bad weather?
The event runs rain, snow, or shine! In the case of extreme weather, we’ll contact all ticket holders with updates.
