We will be set up under our BIG tent in the playground area, so no worries about the weather!

🚻 Brand New Restroom Trailer On Site
And yes… they are nicer than some people’s bathrooms at home 😆

🪑 Seating Information
We will be using picnic tables for seating.
Each table seats 6 people minimum.
If your group wants to fit 7 or 8 at a table, that’s perfectly fine with us!

🚗 Parking
Please park at the bottom of the playground lot so you are closest to the BIG tent.

📍 Check-In Location
Check-in will be in the white check-in building under the LHP sign at the far end of the playground — very close to the tent!

🕠 Doors Open: 5:30 PM

🌮 Food Trucks On Site
Come hungry! We will have food trucks available with food for purchase throughout the evening.

🍪 Bake Table Available
Make sure you stop by the bake table for delicious homemade treats while supporting a great cause!

🎯 Bingo Begins: Around 7:00 PM

We’ll also have raffles and extra fun throughout the night while raising money for Vacation Bible School at St. Luke’s Winters Church 💚

📜 Bingo Rules
Listen carefully for numbers as they are called.
Numbers will be called clearly and repeated.
Call out “BINGO!” before the next number is called.
In the event of multiple winners, a tie-breaker will be played.
Please keep bingo cards visible until winners are verified.
Be respectful during number calling so everyone can hear.
Most importantly — HAVE FUN! 🎉
 
🛒 The market will remain OPEN until everyone leaves!
Before heading home, make sure you stop in and shop the market for baked goods, meats, produce, ice cream, and more!
