The Fauquier Education Farm Watermelon Festival, Saturday, August 17, 2024 from 9:00am  - 1:00pm, is a family friendly fundraising event to help support the Farm.

The Fauquier Education Farm was established in 2010 as a 501(c)(3) with the mission of advancing agriculture related education through best method demonstrations, classroom instruction, on-farm workshops and hands on learning.  We then support the wider community by donating all produce grown on the Farm to local food banks.  The Fauquier Education Farm has donated over 340 tons of fresh, nutritious produce to those in need all throughout the northern and Piedmont areas of Virginia, and beyond (over a million dollars of produce!). With your support, we can continue to provide a unique farm experience through our educational programs, and rich volunteer opportunities, an important food resource to those in need.

Kick off event will be a 5K Run and Fun Run at 8AM (registration required) Fauquier Education Farm 5K and Fun Run
