Event Description
Join us for a free foam rolling class taught by a Medstar Health physical therapist. This is a great class to attend if you are interested in learning more about foam rolling or if you are looking to add more rigor to your current foam rolling. The class will start at 9am, bring a foam roller and a mat! Foam rollers will be available for purchase in-store if needed.
