This landmark gathering is dedicated to advancing gender equity in athletics by addressing critical issues and creating pathways for leadership. The program has been updated to reflect recent changes, ensuring meaningful engagement and learning for all participants.

- 8:00 am – 5K Walk/Run
- 9:00 – 10:00 am – Breakfast

- Engaging Young Girls in Sport – sustaining participation and building development pathways
- Safeguarding in Athletics - ensuring safe and supportive environments for all athletes
- Female Coaches & Officials – creating greater opportunities for women in technical roles
- Leadership & Inspiration - equipping future leaders with the skills and confidence to succeed
Evening Program
- 6:00 – 7:00 pm – Cocktail Reception
- 7:00 – 9:00 pm – Banquet & Dinner featuring keynote address by Jamaica’s sprint legend Asafa Powell
