Who can I bring?

Volunteers are welcome to bring guests. Please register them so we know how many people to expect. 

What is the complimentary drink for volunteers?

Those who have volunteered in the past or are planning on volunteering for 2023 will receive a voucher for a complimentary drink. The menu of beer, wine, and cider will be open for purchase for the rest of the evening. 

What about non-alcoholic beverages?

We will have an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages there courtesy of our friends at Wilsbach Distributors. 

Can I bring kids?

Yes! The Vineyard at Hershey is kid-friendly. 

Do I have to be there right at 5pm?

Volunteers and guests are welcome to drop in anytime throughout the evening. We will kick things off at 5pm and close the doors at 8:30pm, so stop by anytime! There will be volunteer breakout sessions between 5:15pm-5:45pm that will highlight all kinds of volunteer opportunities at the races.
