Get ready to experience six beautiful homes in the iconic Houston Heights! The  Houston Heights Association proudly presents the 2024 Spring Home and Garden Tour.


This exciting tour features six beautiful homes, each showcasing the unique charm of the Heights. You can attend either Saturday, April 13 from 12:00pm to 6:00pm or Sunday, April 14 from 12:00pm to 6:00pm. With your ticket, you'll have the chance to explore all six homes.


Attendees can self-guide their way between homes by car, bike, or on foot to relish the blooming beauty of spring at their own pace.. Street parking is available at all homes. Shuttle transportation will also be available to whisk you between the homes for added convenience. Shuttle pick up and drop off location: Historic Houston Heights Fire Station, 107 W. 12th Street, Houston, TX 77008. Parking is available in the Fire Station parking lot or across Yale Street at Milroy Park.

FAQ:

How many homes are on the tour? There are 6 homes on the tour and your ticket grants one time access to each.

Can we bring a group? Yes! The more the merrier! Each member of your group must have their own individual ticket. 

Are there group rates for tickets? No. The ticket is $35 and is for one individual admission to all six homes. 

Are children allowed on the tour? Yes! We welcome kids to attend but strollers are not allowed in homes. If your child is carried, they do not need a ticket but children who are walking must have their own ticket. 

How do we get to the homes on the tour? You can self-guide your way via car, bike or walking (there is considerable distance between some homes so plan accordingly for cycling or walking). Shuttle service is available between the homes. The shuttle pick- up and drop-off point is at the historic Houston Heights Fire Station, 107 W. 12th Street, Houston, TX 77008. 

Are restrooms available at the homes? No. Restrooms are not accessible at the homes. There is a restroom available at the shuttle stop at the historic Houston Heights Fire Station. 

Is parking available? Yes. Street parking at each home and attendees are welcome to drive themselves between the homes and park or there is limited parking available at the historic Houston Heights Fire Station near the shuttle stop.

Can I purchase tickets for one home only? No. There are not individual home tickets available but you are able to view the homes at your leisure between the hours of 12pm -6pm Saturday and 12pm-6pm Sunday. 

Can I purchase tickets on the day of the tour? Yes, the ticket link will be active throughout the tour and tickets are not limited. All homes will have the ticket QR code displayed. Note, the tour ends at 6 p.m. both nights so plan accordingly to allow time to view the homes

How long will the tour take? This varies based on attendees, please allow 2 hours minimum to view all of the homes. Our volunteers do their best to move guests through the homes efficiently but there can be wait times at each home. 

Do tickets sell out? No. There is not a limit on tickets sold but we do highly suggest securing your tickets soon so that our volunteers can plan accordingly 

Can we see inside of the homes? Yes! We have returned to our original format for the Spring Home & Garden tour this year and guests will be guided through the interior of each home to view the decor at each! 

Will there be food and drinks available? No. Food and drinks are not offered in the homes and not allowed in homes during the tour but the Heights has so many delightful restaurants and bars located near the homes that we do recommend making a full day of it and enjoying all the Heights has to offer! 

How do I use this QR code on my ticket? Be sure to have your phone open to the QR ticket at each home. The front porch docent/greeter will scan your QR code for entry. Please be patient with our volunteers during this process. Make sure your phone is charged

Is photography allowed? This is on a case by case basis with each home but generally, photos are not allowed in the homes. 

Are the homes ADA accesible? No. The homes are privately owned and are not ADA accesible but every effort to accomodate guests who require assistance will be made. 

What should I wear? Spring-themed attire is encouraged! Please check the weather forecast, as guests will be required to wait outside before entering each home, and the temperature can vary in the afternoon. COMFORTABLE FOOTWEAR is highly recommended for your journey. Additionally, guests may need to place shoe covers over their shoes before stepping into the homes to help maintain their pristine condition.
