Eagle OPS encourages motorcycle participation to lead out and participate in an Honor Ride for the Welcome Home 5K on November 11, 2023.  

How it works:

The Motorcycle Honor Ride will begin at 1000. 

You will lead out the Welcome Home 5K and ride the course to the Honor Mile. You will then park along the Honor Mile while the participants run/walk the course. 

The JROTC units will be ruck the course and bring up the rear of the 5K event. Once they arrive at the Honor Mile please line back up. The cadets and any families who wish to walk will begin gathering the Honor Signs and line up behind you to bring them in.

Motorcycle Honor Ride Race Day Information
All motorcycle riders are asked to be in the staging area at the start / finish line by 9:30am for the opening ceremonies.  

The Honor Ride will kick off our Welcome Home 5K at 10am after opening ceremonies.

HONOR RIDE: 
The HONOR Riders will ride the course route and park at Shelter #3 parking lot.  Shelter #3 is staged just after the Honor Mile.  Honor Riders stage there and cheer on runners, Once the ROTC units reach the Honor Riders, they will Lead our JROTC and our Honorees across the finish line.

Did you purchase a Welcome Home 5K Shirt during early registration?  

Shirts will be available for pickup at early pickup at Eagle OPS Headquarters - 302 E. 5th Ave. Suite D, Owasso, OK  74055 (DATE TBD) or on race day at the registration tent.  Please let the team know that you are a motorcycle rider and not a 5k participant.

If you did not purchase a shirt during early registration - they will be available for purchase after the race for $15.  Quantities and sizes will be limited.
