All vendor spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not permit duplicate vendors or duplicate food offerings. You may only sell the items listed in your approved application. If you need to make any changes, please contact us before the festival begins. 

Vendor Requirements and Guidelines

Meal Options: You are limited to THREE meal options. Please list all food items you will be serving along with prices.

Exclusivity: To maintain exclusivity, no two vendors may serve identical food items.

Menu Compliance: You may only sell the items listed in your application. This policy will be strictly enforced. Any changes must be requested prior to the festival start date by contacting us directly.

Vendor Commitments and Acknowledgments

By submitting this application, you acknowledge the following:

• You are responsible for obtaining any required licensing from the State of Louisiana.
• You commit to attend all three days of the event: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• The City of New Roads will not be responsible or liable for any damage to property or injuries to individuals participating in the event.
• A complimentary 120V outlet will be provided.
• No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
