Let your creative side shine through by sponsoring a table at the 2nd annual Harvest Moon Event hosted by the Rotary Club of Daytona Beach West! Choose a theme to tablescape your table, dress the part the night of the event and bring food and drinks to enjoy while competing for the best tablescape in town. Enjoy the beautiful view of the river and live music provided by Jared Violin.

Event Schedule: 

• Table Setup: 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm 

• Signature Cocktail & Hors D'oeuvres: 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm 

• Tablescape Judging Starts @ 7:00 pm 

• Dinner & Dancing: 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

• Voting Closes: 8:30 pm 

• Awards & Announcements @ 8:45 pm

• Table Breakdown: 9:00 pm - 10:00 pm 

If the event is canceled due to inclement weather, no refund will be issued, and it will be considered a donation towards the good works of Daytona Beach West Rotary. Thank you for supporting our community.
