Admission
All MRTC members and Road Race Series participants plus their guests are invited to attend.

Those who registered for the 2025 Road Race Series (including the Mini-Series) may attend at no cost. MRTC members and guests who did not participate in the 2025 Road Race Series may attend for $50 per person, or $25 for children ages 12 and under. All guests age 21 and over will receive two beer tickets upon entry. Additional beverages will be available for purchase at the cash bar.

RSVP and Registration Information
Tickets will not be sold at the door. All attendees must RSVP through this site to ensure an accurate headcount for food and event planning.

Registration will close on January 6, 2026.

Evening Schedule
6:00 PM – Doors open; check-in and Road Race Series item pickup
6:45 PM – Dinner served - This year, guests will enjoy a plated, table-served dinner.
7:00 PM – Awards ceremony and program
Music and dancing will follow the dinner and ceremony.

Road Race Series Items and Awards
Road Race Series finisher items will be distributed at the party for participants who completed at least one race of each distance or a total of six races. Road Warrior items and trophies will be distributed to participants who completed all ten races. Mini-Series Warrior trophies will be distributed to children who completed the first six races.

Finisher items are separate from the shirt provided to all Road Race Series registrants.

All awards and Road Race Series items will also be available for local pickup after the party. The pickup location will be announced at a later date.

Volunteer Information
Members who served as regular volunteers during the 2025 season will receive an email with a unique link to RSVP for the event.
