Information
In preparation for the final month of 2025, allow yourself to be guided through a gentle yoga practice, followed by a yoga nidra meditation. Please bring a bed pillow, two blankets, eye covering (like a washcloth or scarf), strap, and two blocks. Barbara Holt is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT-200) with over a decade of experience teaching yoga and meditation in a variety of settings. Barbara is an iRest Level 2 teacher.
