VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
HARTA (Huntington Area Recreational Trails Association) is hosting its annual Huntington Trails Beer and Wine Festival on Friday, June 6, at the Huntington County Fairgrounds from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The group needs several volunteers to help with the event's success. Volunteers must be 21+ and can volunteer for 2 hours or for the duration.
If you have a bartender's or server's permit from the ATC, that would be a big help.

The following is a list of spots that need to be filled:
Thursday setup – 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM – 4 people needed
Friday setup – 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM – 4 people needed
50/50 Raffle (sell 50/50 tickets)– 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM – 2 people needed
Gate Greeters (check IDs, hand out programs, & souvenir glasses) – 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM -5 people needed
Gate Greeters/Ticket sales (check IDs, hand out programs, & souvenir glasses) – 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM - 2 people needed
Vendors attendants (vendor helpers) – 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM – 3 people needed
Tear Down – 10:00 PM – 11:30 PM – 4 people needed
Tickets Day of – 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM – 2 people needed
Photographer - 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM - 1 person needed (1 filled)
Below requires a Bartender or Server permit from ATC (If you do not have one, HARTA will pay for one)
