We are so excited to invite you to Strong as a Mother, Finding Your Stride in Every Stage. This special InspireHER event is designed to celebrate and support women at every stage of their athletic and parenting journey. We’ve assembled a panel of incredible women from the worlds of Nike, CrossFit and She Runs This Town to talk about the transition into motherhood, the comeback, and the daily discipline of being a working mom.

We’ll start the morning with a healthy breakfast, followed by a moderated conversation where no topic is off-limits. Whether you're a marathoner, a walker, or a gym-goer, you’ll find a community here that cheers for your milestones both on and off the clock.

Panelists:

• Asha Steele is a Brand Marketing expert and Nike EKIN for the DMV. A Rutgers University graduate and retired elite sprinter, Asha is a former American Record Holder in the women's 4x200m. Now navigating her newest rewarding challenge as a "New Mommy," she brings the same record-breaking energy to the DMV running community that she once brought to the track.
• Alex Germano is a geriatric physical therapist, CrossFit coach, and proud mom of two. With 17 years in CrossFit, she has built a vibrant career coaching athletes, caring for older adults, and teaching across the country. She is driven to create meaningful work while staying present in her roles as a mother and military spouse.
• Rae Granofsky is a once a self-described "couch athlete," Rae transformed small, tentative steps around her neighborhood into ultramarathons through the power of community and persistent growth. Today, she balances life as a PhD student and mother by championing an inclusive approach to movement, proving it is never too late to redefine what strength looks like.
