Our panel will explore "Mind, Body, and Sole," offering insights and tips for building your personal wellness journey and identifying resources that can enhance it. Enjoy light refreshments, mimosas (and non-alcoholic options!), and create meaningful connections with your new wellness crew. We'll have special shopping discounts, exclusive InspireHER merch, and giveaways! There will also be a number of wellness vendors on-site.

• Nicky Tamberrino, Mind + Body Fitness Coach, Founder of Sanity Loading, a mind and body fitness brand offering yoga, wellness experiences, and impact speaking. Also host of the Maybe Running Will Help Podcast, exploring the intersection of movement and mental well-being.
• Katie Babcock, LCPC; Counseling for Professionals, a mental health counseling organization built to empower professionals in their journey of self-recovery, self-understanding, and fostering of loving connections with themselves and others. With 15+ years of clinical experience, Katie helps clients develop safety in their bodies, authentic connection in their relationships, and enjoyment and laughter in their day to day.
