Join us for an expert panel session and Q&A with AdventHelath & Sommer Sports for the "Introduction to Triathlon" session. This one-hour session will be moderated by Erica Weitz at the Center for Health and Wellbeing on August 3, 2023. Panelists include Fred Sommer, Race Director- Sommer Sports, Coach Seth with Black Matter Training, and Physical Therapists from AdventHealth.
Event time 6:00 PM- 7:00 PM
All attendees will receive a $20 credit for the Sprint Triathlon at the Great Floridian Multisport Festival!
