Event Description
Are you competing or interested in America's oldest ultramarathon, The JFK 50 Mile? Charm City Run has you covered with an in-store information session to learn everything you need to know about the upcoming race! Race directors Mike Spinnler, Adam and Katie Lowe, will be on-site to discuss topics including:
- What type of gear you should have and be familiar with on the course
- What nutrition you should be prepared with
- What shoes, jackets, poles, and headlamps you should have
- Particular situations you should be training for
- Equipment your crew should have
- How to prep a drop bag
- and MORE!
Bobby from Altra will also be on-site with demo trail shoes for you to test out! Hope to see you there!
