Pennsylvania’s Leading Independent Car-Wash Network Joins Forces with the Car Wash
Association of Pennsylvania (CAP)

Philadelphia, PA — After four years of growth, collaboration, and industry impact, Tri-State
Car Wash Network (TSCN) is officially merging with the Car Wash Association of
Pennsylvania (CAP)—the state’s longest-running organization dedicated to advocacy,
education, and advancement within the car wash sector.

Since its grassroots launch, TSCN has evolved from a small group of owners exchanging ideas
over drinks, into an ecosystem representing operators, investors, distributors, and innovators.
CAP, founded decades ago as the formal voice of Pennsylvania’s professional car wash
community, has championed legislative clarity, ethical standards, and the rights of independent
operators. This merger combines the energy and entrepreneurial agility of TSCN with CAP’s
institutional strength, creating a unified force for the future of the industry in Pennsylvania.

To mark this inflection point, TSCN will host one final event in collaboration with CAP on
January 27, 2026:  INVEST OR DIVEST: Build, Sell or Stand Still
This program will unpack the realities operators are facing today: PE consolidation, membership
economics, talent retention, macro and micro pressures, and whether to scale, sell, or reposition
your site(s). The event will serve as a ceremonial handoff, symbolizing the transition from a
private peer network to a statewide association with broader reach and resources.

Following the event, all future networking, educational programming, and advocacy initiatives
will run under the CAP banner, enabling deeper access to policy makers, more structured
member benefits, and a stronger statewide presence supporting every operator—from first-time
owners to multi-site platforms.
