The Participating Business ticket includes listing your business on the printed brochure that is distributed to all businesses before Ladies Night Out on December 4th and handed out to the public en mass that night. Participating businesses will also be listed on the website and Facebook event page. You must be a brick-and-mortar business in downtown Brighton to participate.

YOUR PARTICIPATING BUSINESS TICKET WILL INCLUDE 20 FREE "$2 DOWNTOWN TOKENS" TO GIVE OUT WITH PURCHASES.

-Believe In Brighton will provide a container for your tokens along with a window cling letting customers know that night you are a token redemption location.

IMPORTANT DATES: Tokens will need to be turned into Wallflower Mercantile by December 7th after the event for proper reimbursement. All tokens turned in after that date will not be accepted. Checks will be cut no later than December 15th and available for pickup until December 31st.  After that the check will be void and cancelled. Signing up for this event means you agree to these timelines and terms.

This option is used to purchase ADDITIONAL $2 Downtown Tokens.  The amount you purchase will be delivered in your bucket with the 20 Free tokens you get with registration. These are to be used as a gift with purchase currency on Ladies Night Out ONLY.

Unused tokens and tokens that were redeemed at your business can be turned into Believe In Brighton for cash reimbursement within 48 hours of Ladies Night Out Event. Tokens turned in after December 7th will not be accepted and cannot be redeemed for cash. Checks will be cut by 12/15 and can be picked up at Wallflower Mercantile after that date. Any checks not picked up by 12/31/25 will be voided and cancelled.

The goal of the tokens is to get customers to make multiple purchases. If they make a purchase at a business, they will receive "X" amount of tokens (purchase thresholds TBD by individual businesses), they can then use those tokens as cash discounts at other participating businesses that night.
