From newly paved paths, to a loop around the lake, you'll get to enjoy the beauty of the East Lansing | Okemos | & Haslett areas.
POST LONG RUN PANCAKES
After getting your miles in, be sure to hang around & enjoy homemade pancakes and other recovery treats.
ROLL & RECOVER
Stretch it out in our roll and recovery area!
AID STATIONS
We'll have aid stations along the course stocked with hydration and GU energy gels (in flavors featured at the Grand Rapids and Detroit Marathons) to fuel your fall training!
